Directly from you when you provide it to us. When you create an account, apply for membership, purchase access, fill out forms, subscribe to updates, contact us, register for events, participate in discussions, upload files, post comments, complete surveys, or otherwise interact with the Community, we may ask for or receive information such as your name, email address, account credentials, profile details, payment and billing information, preferences, and any content you choose to post or share.
From your activity within the Community. We collect information about your use of Community features, such as pages viewed, groups joined, events RSVP’d to, posts created, comments made, reactions, saved items, downloaded resources, and member-to-member interactions available within the Community.
From third parties. We may obtain information through vendors, service providers, payment processors, analytics providers, event tools, hosting providers, authentication providers, and other third parties who support the operation of the Community. We may also receive information from social or professional profile providers if you choose to connect or use such services in connection with the Community.
Automatically as you navigate through or use the Community. We collect information about how you interact with the Community through cookies, log files, analytics tools, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies. This may include IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral URLs, usage data, and other technical information. Please review any separate cookie notice or settings made available to you for more information.
If you submit any Personal Information about another individual to us or within the Community, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to do so and to allow us to process that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We use Personal Information that we collect about you or that you provide to us for the following purposes:
For functionality and operation of the Community. We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide access to member-only areas, personalize your experience, display your member profile, enable discussion and collaboration features, manage events, deliver purchased memberships or offerings, and otherwise operate the Community.
For Community administration, support, updating, and reporting. We use information to maintain the Community, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, send administrative notices, process membership requests, verify eligibility, moderate content, enforce Community standards, and improve performance, security, and reliability.
For business operations. We use information to operate our business, including accounting, auditing, billing, payment processing, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and protecting our legal rights.
To communicate with you. We use contact information to send account-related messages, receipts, updates, service notices, event communications, support responses, newsletters, educational materials, and information about Community offerings, in accordance with your preferences and applicable law.
For analytics, research, and improvement. We use information to understand how members use the Community, evaluate engagement, improve content and features, test new functionality, identify trends, and develop new services, resources, and community experiences.
For safety, integrity, and moderation. We use information to monitor for abuse, policy violations, fraud, unauthorized access, harassment, harmful conduct, or unlawful activity, and to protect members, the Community, and the public.
For legal and compliance purposes. We may use information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, governmental requests, and contractual obligations.
For limited promotional and marketing purposes. We may use your information to inform you about programs, events, resources, offers, or services that may be of interest to you, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.
Some Community features may rely on automated tools or platform features that help us organize content, improve user experience, detect issues, or support moderation and administration. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not use your Personal Information to train generalized artificial intelligence models for unrelated third-party purposes.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for collecting and using the Personal Information described above will depend on the Personal Information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it.
In general, we collect and process Personal Information only where:
we have your consent,
we need the Personal Information to perform a contract with you,
the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, or
we have a legal obligation to do so.
Our legitimate interests may include operating and improving the Community, maintaining security, preventing fraud and abuse, providing customer support, administering memberships and events, developing new offerings, communicating with members, and protecting our legal rights.
If we ask you to provide Personal Information to comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contract, we will make this clear at the time of collection and explain whether the information is mandatory and the possible consequences if you do not provide it.
If you have questions about or need further information concerning the legal basis on which we collect and use your Personal Information, please contact us using the details in the “HOW TO CONTACT US” section below.
We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, reporting, contractual, and enforcement obligations and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
To determine the appropriate retention period, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the Personal Information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process the Personal Information, whether those purposes can be achieved through other means, and applicable legal requirements.
In some circumstances, you may ask us to delete your data, as described below. In some cases, we may anonymize or de-identify Personal Information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may use that information without further notice to you.
Please note that content you post within the Community, such as comments, replies, files, and profile information, may remain visible to other members or in backups for a reasonable period, subject to technical limitations, our legitimate interests, legal obligations, dispute resolution needs, and our internal retention practices.
The Community is designed to use reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational security measures to help protect your Personal Information against risks such as loss, destruction, unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, or alteration.
Because the Community is hosted on the HighLevel platform and supported by service providers, some Personal Information may be processed by those providers on our behalf. We require our vendors and service providers to apply appropriate privacy and security protections when they process Personal Information for us.
You are also responsible for helping protect your information by maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, using secure devices and networks, and notifying us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
No method of transmission over the Internet, and no method of electronic storage, is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately contact us using the information in the “HOW TO CONTACT US” section below.
We may share Personal Information as described below and only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
With affiliates and internal personnel. We may share information within Gorman Leadership, LLC and with individuals who operate the Married For A Purpose Community for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
With suppliers and service providers. Our authorized vendors and service providers may require access to Personal Information to provide services for us, such as website hosting, HighLevel platform services, payment processing, analytics, customer support, email delivery, security, auditing, cloud storage, event management, and technical support.
With partners involved in a specific offering or event. We may occasionally work with third parties to provide a joint event, resource, collaboration, or offering. In those cases, we may share information as reasonably necessary for that purpose, subject to appropriate protections and any additional notices provided to you.
For moderation, safety, and policy enforcement. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected fraud, abuse, harassment, policy violations, illegal activity, threats to safety, or security incidents.
For legal compliance and protection. We may disclose information when required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, governmental request, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, members, property, or safety.
For corporate transactions. We may disclose Personal Information as part of an actual or contemplated merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, or similar business transaction.
With your consent or at your direction. We may disclose Personal Information to other parties when you request or authorize us to do so, such as through optional integrations or community features you choose to use.
We may also share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
We do not sell your Personal Information for monetary compensation.
The Community is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Information from children under 16, or such other minimum age as may be required in the relevant jurisdiction. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the applicable minimum age without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as reasonably practicable.
If you believe that a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us using the information in the “HOW TO CONTACT US” section below.
The Community may contain links to third-party websites, services, resources, content, or integrations. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of third parties that are not acting on our behalf. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, security, or data practices of third-party websites, applications, or services.
Your interactions with those third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them carefully before providing any information.
Some web browsers include a “Do Not Track” feature that signals to websites and online services that you do not want to be tracked. At this time, the Community may not respond to Do Not Track signals in a uniform way because there is not yet a consistent industry standard for compliance.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or restrict the processing of your Personal Information, to object to certain processing, to request portability, or to opt out of certain uses of your Personal Information.
You may also choose not to provide certain information to us, but doing so may limit your ability to access or use some Community features.
You may update certain account and profile information by logging into your account and editing your profile settings, where available. You may also contact us to request changes using the contact information below.
If you no longer wish to receive promotional emails from us, you may use the unsubscribe link in those communications. Even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you transactional or administrative messages relating to your account, membership, purchases, events, or the Community.
If you are in Europe, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, and related laws.
These rights may include:
the right to access your Personal Information,

You may exercise your rights by contacting us using the details in the “HOW TO CONTACT US” section below. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. We may also retain certain information where required by law or where we have a lawful basis to do so.
If you believe we are using your Personal Information in a way that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy or applicable law, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Whenever we transfer Personal Information internationally, we take steps designed to ensure that the information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which it is processed and that transfers comply with applicable law.
Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers of Personal Information, which may include contractual protections, standard contractual clauses, transfer risk assessments, or other recognized legal mechanisms.
