Married For A Purpose Community Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Married For A Purpose Community, including the website, member portal, discussion spaces, groups, events, downloadable materials, content libraries, profile features, collaboration features, and other products, content, and services made available by Gorman Leadership, LLC d/b/a Married For A Purpose (“Married For A Purpose,” the “Community,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). The Community is hosted on the HighLevel platform and may include features, tools, or integrations made available through that environment.
By clicking to indicate your acceptance of these Terms, purchasing access, registering for an account, or otherwise accessing or using the Community, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 19, do not access or use the Community.
In addition to these Terms, we may ask you to accept additional terms that apply to specific features, offerings, events, content, or programs. To the extent any additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms govern with respect to the applicable feature, offering, or program.

1) Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to access or use the Community. By accessing or using the Community, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
If you are accessing or using the Community on behalf of another person, company, ministry, organization, or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that person’s or entity’s behalf and that the person or entity agrees to be responsible to us if you or that person or entity violates these Terms.
2) Accounts; Account Security; Electronic Communications
You may need to register for an account to access some or all of the Community. If you register for an account, you must provide accurate and complete account information and promptly update this information if it changes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, restricting access to your account, and promptly notifying us if you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Community, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including by email or by notices posted within the Community. These communications may include notices about your account, membership, purchases, security, administrative updates, changes to policies, event information, and other information related to your relationship with us.
You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including any requirement that such communications be in writing.
3) Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information about you in connection with the Community.
4) The Community; License
The Community may allow you and other users to create, post, store, upload, display, transmit, and share text, comments, discussions, replies, photos, videos, audio, files, resources, profile information, event responses, and other materials (collectively, “User Content”). Except for the license you grant below, you retain all rights in and to your User Content, as between you and us.
You grant Gorman Leadership, LLC d/b/a Married For A Purpose a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully paid, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, and display your User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, improve, secure, moderate, back up, and promote the Community and related offerings, and to make your User Content available to the audience or recipients designated by you through the Community settings or functionality.
As part of operating the Community, we may review, copy, moderate, remove, or internally use User Content to provide support, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, maintain safety, improve Community functionality, and address technical or content-related issues.
You may not create, post, store, or share any User Content that violates these Terms, infringes any third-party rights, is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, invasive of privacy, hateful, sexually explicit in an unlawful or exploitative way, or otherwise objectionable, or for which you do not have all rights necessary to grant us the license described above.
If you upload, submit, or otherwise provide information about other individuals in the Community, including in discussions, shared documents, collaborations, or event features, you represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis and all necessary permissions to do so and that your use of such information complies with applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove, disable access to, or refuse to display any User Content at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, threatens the safety or integrity of the Community, or may expose us or others to liability.
5) Prohibited Conduct
5.1) Prohibited Activities on the Community
You will not violate any applicable law, contract, intellectual property right, privacy right, or other third-party right, and you are solely responsible for your conduct while accessing or using the Community. When you access or use the Community, you will not:
Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, abusive, predatory, discriminatory, or stalking conduct.
Impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation any Married For A Purpose representative, moderator, member, or affiliate, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Use or attempt to use another user’s account without authorization from that user and from us.
Access the Community by any means other than through the interfaces and functionality we make available.
Use the Community in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Community or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Community.
Delete, alter, hide, or revise any material posted by another person or entity without authorization.
Remove or modify author attributions, legal notices, or proprietary designations associated with content made available in or through the Community.
Reverse engineer any aspect of the Community or do anything that might discover source code or bypass measures employed to prevent or limit access to any part of the Community.
Attempt to circumvent any content filtering, moderation, access restrictions, or security measures we employ.
Develop or use any third-party application, bot, script, scraper, crawler, AI agent, or automated process that interacts with the Community without our prior written consent.
Harvest, scrape, collect, copy, download, or export member data, profiles, discussions, or other information from the Community except as expressly permitted by us.
Use the Community for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized, commercial solicitation, spam, or exploitative purpose.
Upload or distribute viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material.
Use the Community to advertise or promote products, services, schemes, or opportunities without our express permission.
Use the Community to post confidential information of others, personal data of others without authorization, or any content subject to legal or ethical restrictions.
Encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms.
5.2) Compliance with Laws
You represent and warrant that your access to and use of the Community will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including those relating to privacy, data protection, intellectual property, consumer protection, defamation, export controls, and online conduct.
You further represent and warrant that any information, files, or other User Content you upload to the Community is lawfully obtained, lawfully processed, and may lawfully be shared through the Community.
You are solely responsible for determining whether the Community is suitable for your use in light of any laws, regulations, professional obligations, or organizational policies that apply to you.
You will not use the Community for any unlawful or discriminatory activities or in a way that would cause Gorman Leadership, LLC operating as Married For A Purpose, or the HighLevel-hosted Community environment, to violate applicable law.
We may suspend or restrict your access to or use of the Community if we suspect unlawful conduct, abusive behavior, infringement, security threats, or violations of these Terms.
5.3) Member Profiles, Posts, and Shared Experiences
Certain features of the Community may allow you to create a profile, join groups, participate in discussions, RSVP to events, share files, react to posts, or otherwise engage with other members. You acknowledge and agree that content shared in the Community may be visible to other members depending on the feature and settings used.
You are solely responsible for the information you choose to share, including any personal, professional, relationship, religious, financial, health-related, or otherwise sensitive information you voluntarily disclose in the Community. We do not guarantee that other members will maintain the confidentiality of information you choose to share.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor Community activity, moderate interactions, remove content, limit access to features, or take enforcement action to help maintain a safe and constructive environment.
5.4) Reporting Abuse
If you think anyone using the Community is violating these Terms or engaging in harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct, please notify us immediately at gregandjulie@marriedforapurpose.com.
6) Terms of Sale
6.1) Subscriptions
If the Community or any related offering is provided on a subscription basis, when you sign up you agree to a recurring subscription arrangement on the billing cycle you select, such as monthly, quarterly, annual, or another period specified at the time of purchase.
WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR A SUBSCRIPTION, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE OR OUR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR ARE AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE YOU ON THE RECURRING BASIS DISCLOSED AT CHECKOUT, PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES, FOR AS LONG AS YOUR SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES, AND THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT OR WE SUSPEND OR TERMINATE ACCESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS.
6.2) Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription, if any, at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions provided there, if available, or by contacting us at gregandjulie@marriedforapurpose.com. Cancellation requests should be submitted by the account owner or an authorized signatory.
Inactivity does not constitute cancellation. Unless you cancel in accordance with this section, you may continue to be charged for the applicable subscription.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and you will remain responsible for fees and charges incurred through the effective cancellation date.
If we offer a pause option for your subscription, any data retained during the pause period will remain subject to our Privacy Policy.
6.3) One-Time Purchases
Some features, events, trainings, resources, or digital products may be offered as standalone, non-subscription purchases. We may charge your designated payment method at the time of purchase.
6.4) Free Trials
From time to time, to the extent legally permitted, we may offer free trials or promotional access to certain subscriptions, programs, or features for a specified period without payment. If we offer a free trial, the specific terms of that trial will be disclosed when the offer is made or at registration.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at any time, without notice and in our sole discretion, to the extent permitted by law.
6.5) Payment and Billing Information
By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and you authorize us, or our third-party payment processor, to charge that payment method for the total amount of your purchase, subscription fees, taxes, and other applicable charges.
If your payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not acceptable, your account, subscription, or access may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
You acknowledge that the amount billed may vary due to promotional offers, changes to your subscription, taxes, or other applicable charges, and you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the corresponding amount.
7) Limited License; Copyright and Trademark
The Community and all text, graphics, images, photographs, videos, audio, downloads, templates, worksheets, course materials, branding, trade names, service marks, logos, slogans, software, design elements, and other content contained in or made available through the Community, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to Gorman Leadership, LLC d/b/a Married For A Purpose and are protected by United States and foreign laws (collectively, the “Community Content”).
Except as explicitly stated in these Terms, we and our licensors reserve all rights in and to the Community and the Community Content.
You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Community and Community Content for your own personal, non-commercial use or, if expressly permitted by us in writing, for approved organizational use.
This license is subject to these Terms and does not include any right to:
sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Community or Community Content,
copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Community Content except as expressly permitted by us,
modify or remove proprietary notices,
use data mining, robots, scraping tools, or similar data gathering methods, or
use the Community or Community Content other than for their intended purposes.
Any use of the Community or Community Content other than as specifically authorized herein, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited and will terminate the license granted herein.
8) Third Party Content and Services
The Community may display, include, or provide access to content, services, products, events, resources, links, tools, or integrations offered by third parties (“Third Party Content” and “Third Party Services”). We do not control, endorse, or adopt Third Party Content or Third Party Services, and we make no representations or warranties regarding them, including their accuracy, completeness, legality, availability, or usefulness.
Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those third parties.
Because the Community is hosted on the HighLevel platform, some features or functionality may be powered by HighLevel or other third-party providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to third-party terms, policies, or technical limitations. The third-party provider, and not Gorman Leadership, LLC, will be solely responsible for its own services, features, or functionality.
9) Feedback
Any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, testimonials, reviews, original or creative materials, or other information you submit about the Community or related offerings (collectively, “Feedback”) is non-confidential and may become the sole property of Gorman Leadership, LLC, except to the extent prohibited by law.
We may use, copy, modify, publish, and otherwise exploit Feedback for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment, restriction, or compensation to you.
10) Publicity
Unless prohibited by law or otherwise agreed by us in writing, you agree that Gorman Leadership, LLC d/b/a Married For A Purpose may refer to you by first name, business name, ministry name, or testimonial content that you voluntarily submit for the purpose of describing member experiences in our marketing or publicity materials, on our website, within the Community, or in public statements.
You hereby grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully paid, sublicensable license to use your name, submitted testimonial content, and any trade names, trademarks, logos, or other proprietary marks that you voluntarily provide for that purpose.
11) Copyright Complaints
We have a policy of limiting access to the Community and terminating the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe that anything on the Community infringes any copyright that you own or control, you may notify our designated agent as follows:

12) Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gorman Leadership, LLC d/b/a Married For A Purpose, our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, service providers, contractors, and each of our respective officers, directors, members, managers, owners, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Married For A Purpose Parties”) from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, expenses, or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out of or related to:
your access to or use of the Community,
your User Content or Feedback,
your violation of these Terms,
your violation, misappropriation, or infringement of any rights of another, including intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, or privacy rights, or
your conduct in connection with the Community.
You agree to promptly notify the Married For A Purpose Parties of any third-party claims, cooperate with the Married For A Purpose Parties in defending such claims, and pay all fees, costs, and expenses associated with defending such claims. The Married For A Purpose Parties will have control of the defense or settlement of any covered claim.
This indemnity is in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other indemnities set forth in a written agreement between you and us.
13) Disclaimers
WE DO NOT CONTROL, ENDORSE, OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY USER CONTENT, THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE ON OR LINKED TO THROUGH THE COMMUNITY. YOUR USE OF THE COMMUNITY IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE COMMUNITY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN ADDITION, GORMAN LEADERSHIP, LLC OPERATING AS MARRIED FOR A PURPOSE DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE COMMUNITY WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
WHILE WE TAKE REASONABLE MEASURES TO SUPPORT A SAFE AND CONSTRUCTIVE COMMUNITY EXPERIENCE, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE CONDUCT, IDENTITY, INTENTIONS, OR STATEMENTS OF ANY MEMBER OR THIRD PARTY.
THE COMMUNITY MAY INCLUDE EDUCATIONAL, RELATIONAL, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, FAITH-BASED, OR COLLABORATIVE CONTENT. SUCH CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT LEGAL, MEDICAL, MENTAL HEALTH, FINANCIAL, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DECISIONS, ACTIONS, RELATIONSHIPS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND ANY RELIANCE YOU PLACE ON CONTENT OR INTERACTIONS MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE COMMUNITY.
14) Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GORMAN LEADERSHIP, LLC D/B/A MARRIED FOR A PURPOSE AND THE OTHER MARRIED FOR A PURPOSE PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR LOST PROFIT DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE OR THEY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GORMAN LEADERSHIP, LLC D/B/A MARRIED FOR A PURPOSE AND THE OTHER MARRIED FOR A PURPOSE PARTIES FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE COMMUNITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, TO ACCESS OR USE THE COMMUNITY DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION WILL NOT LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, OR FOR ANY OTHER MATTERS THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15) Release
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Gorman Leadership, LLC d/b/a Married For A Purpose and the other Married For A Purpose Parties from responsibility, liability, claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or related to disputes between users, interactions among members, and the acts or omissions of third parties.
If you are a California resident, you expressly waive California Civil Code § 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”
16) Transfer and Processing of Data
By accessing or using the Community, you understand and agree that information about you may be processed, transferred, and stored in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate, and that those jurisdictions may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
17) Export Control, Sanctions Compliance, and Anti-Corruption Compliance
17.1) Export Control and Sanctions Compliance
Your use of the Community may be subject to export control and economic sanctions laws of the United States and other applicable jurisdictions (“Export Control and Sanctions Laws”). You agree to comply with all applicable Export Control and Sanctions Laws relating to your access to and use of the Community.
You will not directly or indirectly access or use the Community if you are located in a jurisdiction where such access or use is prohibited by law, and you will not provide access to the Community to any government, entity, or individual prohibited by applicable sanctions or export control laws.
You represent and warrant that you are not named on or subject to any government sanctions program or list of persons or entities prohibited from receiving U.S. exports or engaging in transactions with U.S. persons, and that you will comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States and the country in which you are located.
17.2) Anti-Corruption Compliance
You will comply with all applicable United States and international anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws and regulations as they relate to your access to and use of the Community. You acknowledge that you have not received or been offered any unlawful or improper bribe, kickback, payment, gift, or thing of value in connection with these Terms.
18) Commercial Items
If acquired by any agency of the United States Government, such agency acknowledges that the Community and related documentation constitute “commercial computer software” or “commercial computer software documentation,” as applicable, and that the agency’s rights are limited to those specifically granted under these Terms.
19) Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration
Please read this section carefully because it requires you to arbitrate certain disputes and claims with us and limits the manner in which you can seek relief from us.
Except for small claims disputes in which you or we seek to bring an individual action in small claims court located in the county of your billing address or the county where Gorman Leadership, LLC has its principal place of business, or disputes in which either party seeks injunctive or other equitable relief for the alleged unlawful use of intellectual property, you and we waive the right to a jury trial and agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Community will be resolved by confidential, binding, individual arbitration.
Any such arbitration will be conducted in the county where Gorman Leadership, LLC has its principal place of business, unless otherwise required by law, under the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS then in effect. You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review those rules.
You and we agree that any dispute is personal to you and us and that any dispute will be resolved solely through individual arbitration and will not be brought as a class arbitration, class action, collective action, mass arbitration, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding.
These Terms evidence a transaction in interstate commerce, and the Federal Arbitration Act will govern the interpretation and enforcement of this Section 19 to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The arbitrator will have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, except that a court of competent jurisdiction may determine issues concerning the validity or enforceability of the class action waiver.
The arbitrator may award any relief available in court on an individual basis, but may not consolidate claims of multiple persons or preside over any representative or class proceeding.
Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Community must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, unless a longer period is required by applicable law, or the claim is permanently barred.
You may opt out of binding arbitration within thirty (30) days after first accepting these Terms by emailing gregandjulie@marriedforapurpose.com with your full name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
20) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms and your access to and use of the Community will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Gorman Leadership, LLC has its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute between the parties that is not subject to arbitration or cannot be heard in small claims court will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the state and county where Gorman Leadership, LLC has its principal place of business, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
21) Changes to These Terms
We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the amended Terms through the Community or on our website and update the Effective Date above. We may also attempt to notify you by email or by notices posted within the Community.
Unless we state otherwise, the amended Terms will be effective immediately, and your continued access to and use of the Community after we provide notice will confirm your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop accessing and using the Community.
22) Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your right to access or use the Community, including removing content or disabling your account, at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, or engaged in conduct inconsistent with the purpose or integrity of the Community.
We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use the Community following suspension or termination.
23) Severability
If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
24) Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gorman Leadership, LLC d/b/a Married For A Purpose relating to your access to and use of the Community, unless superseded by a separate written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Gorman Leadership, LLC.
Any additional or different terms proposed by you in any purchase order, request, email, or other document are hereby objected to and will be void unless expressly accepted by us in writing.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not operate as a waiver of that right or provision.
The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
Except as otherwise provided herein, these Terms are intended solely for the benefit of the parties and are not intended to confer third-party beneficiary rights upon any other person or entity.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, or by operation of law.
These Terms may be executed or accepted electronically and in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original and all of which together will constitute one instrument.
